Where Conscious Sourcing Meets Pure Passion
Founded in 2012 by Executive Chef Mateo Rossi and Master Roaster Elena Vance, SAVORA was born out of an obsession with purity, aroma, and human connection.
Every morning before dawn, our cast-iron roasters gently bring out the delicate notes of highland Arabica beans sourced directly from fair-trade cooperatives in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. In the kitchen, our chefs honor regenerative farming—harvesting heirloom herbs, pasture-raised meats, and seasonal wild mushrooms.
